HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

1. Add your desired products to the shopping cart.

2. On the shopping cart page you will be prompted to select a pick up date and time for your order. 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders are prepared in order of pickup time. We cannot guarantee your order will be ready if you arrive prior to the pickup time you have chosen.

3. On the checkout page you will be prompted to select your pick up location and fill in the customer details.

4. Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD.

5. Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email which includes your order details and pick up date & time details.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE PRODUCTS I WANT TO PURCHASE?

Unfortunately we cannot make any changes or substitutions other than what is specified in the online store. If you have specific requirements kindly please call our store team on 8206 9333.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time.

Orders can be cancelled and a full refund issued if Pasticceria Papa is provided with 48 hours written notice via email (info@ppapa.com.au) prior to the scheduled pick up day.

If an order is requested to be cancelled within the 48 notice period you will be issued with a credit note to use within 3 months. The credit note is available to be used online only.

 

HOW FAR AHEAD DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

We require a minimum of 1-2 days for all standard orders. The next available pick up date will be shown based on the products in your cart.

Custom Cakes require a minimum of 5 days to place an order. The next available pick up date will be shown based on the products in your cart.

At this time we do not offer delivery. Products can be ordered and picked up from the following location:

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE YOUR PRODUCTS?

All Pasticceria Papa products with the exception of biscuits and bread must be refrigerated at 5′ degrees or below. It is important for your dessert to stay in a cool environment in transit and then refrigerate it as soon as you have reached your destination.

Gelato (ice cream) and gelato cakes are frozen at the time of pick up. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are stored in an Esky or freezer bag during transit, and then a freezer once your destination is reached.

 

 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS, GLUTEN, EGGS, DAIRY, ALCOHOL OR GELATIN?

While all care is taken, all Pasticceria Papa products are prepared in a kitchen environment that contains nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, alcohol and gelatin. If you have specific allergies or dietary requirements, please ask our staff before purchasing any food items.

 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE OR WANT TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?

It is our policy that if you have any issue with a product you have purchased it must be returned within 24 hours accompanied by proof of purchase to one of our stores to be assessed by a chef. If we identify a problem with the product produced by Pasticceria Papa we can provide a solution for you. Please note if you have no product left or do not return it to one of our stores to be assessed we unfortunately cannot offer any re-imbursement.
